The Raiconian Alliance is directed by a council of 13 members. There are seperate councils that control different aspects of the Alliance. A military, internal affairs, and diplomatic council. Each council works together for the betterment of the Raiconian Alliance.
Military Council
The military council decides where, when, and how military action occurs. Controls declaration of war, ship and weapons production, and movement of fleets and armies. If anything military wants to occur, the military council controls it.
Internal Affairs
The Internal Affairs council controls social and economic issues. Also passes new edicts and standards. Controls production, building projects, crime, and general welfare of Raiken.
Diplomatic Council
When a new race is met, the Diplomatic Council sends ambassadors to establish relations. Controls treaties, agreements, and influence over other races and factions.
